Meet the Team
Brian D. Alexander, LL.M
As founder and managing attorney, Brian Alexander specializes in the areas of taxation, estate planning & administration, probate and litigation, and all forms of business transactions. Brian received a BA in Anthropology from the University of California Santa Barbara and obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, New York having graduated with the honor of Dean’s List. Brian interned with the Department of Justice in the Office of Foreign Litigation while in law school. After law school, wanting to further expand his educational background, he attended the University of San Diego School of Law to obtain the post graduate degree of a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation. Brian is licensed to practice in the State of California, US District Court and US Tax Court.
